Single Alarm through 3-Alarm packages: 3–5 business days (typically delivered in 1–2 days)

4-Alarm and 5-Alarm packages: 3–5 business days, may take up to 10 business days for large multi-station deployments

Department Information

Basic details about your fire department

Required
  • Department full name and abbreviation (e.g., Coral Gables Fire Department / CGFD)*
  • City, State, and County*
  • Department website URL
  • Total headcount (approximate number of personnel)
  • Department logo (PNG or JPG, transparent background preferred, under 2MB)
Station Map

Details for each fire station in your department

Required
  • Station names and abbreviations (e.g., Station 4 / STA4)*
  • Station addresses
  • Which station will be the first to go live (if phased rollout)*
Units & Apparatus

Fire apparatus assigned to each station

Required
  • Unit names and abbreviations per station (e.g., Engine 4 / E4, Rescue 4 / R4)*
  • Unit types: Engine, Rescue, Ladder, Squad, Quint, Battalion, Float*
  • Unit staffing minimums (how many ride each unit)
Shift Structure

How your department schedules shifts

Required
  • Rotation type: 24/48, 48/96, Kelly Day, or Custom*
  • Shift labels (e.g., A, B, C)*
  • Rotation anchor date (a known date when Shift A starts)*
  • Kelly Day schedule (if applicable — which days are Kelly days)
Kitty Culture & Policies

How your station kitty operates

Optional
  • Kitty system type (e.g., daily fee, weekly collection, monthly dues)
  • Daily fee amount (e.g., $8.00/day)
  • Breakfast policy: Included in daily fee, separate charge, or not provided
  • Overtime policy: Pays daily fee, reduced fee, free, or custom arrangement
  • Any special kitty rules or cultural notes (e.g., cook gets reduced fee, visitors pay extra)
Personnel Roster

Your department's personnel with station and shift assignments

Optional
  • Personnel roster with: First Name, Last Name, Rank, Station Assignment, Shift (A/B/C), Unit Assignment
  • CSV export from your HR/scheduling system (preferred) — or we can enter manually
  • Designated Kitty Manager(s) per station
  • Any special roles: exempt members, cooks, etc.
Existing Kitty Balances

Current financial state of each station's kitty fund

Optional
  • Current kitty balance per station (if migrating from paper/spreadsheet)
  • Any outstanding tabs or IOUs to migrate
  • Recent expense history you want imported (optional)
